Εταιρεία Κοινωνικών Εφαρμογών ΚΟΙΝΣΕΠ:1η Διεθνής Καλλιτεχνική Έκθεση μέσω Αλληλογραφίας

Την πρώτη διεθνή καλλιτεχνική έκθεση μέσω αλληλογραφίας με ψηφοφορία από το κοινό και θέμα «Η φαντασία και η δημιουργικότητα κτίζουν το μέλλον» διοργανώνει η «Εταιρία Κοινωνικών Εφαρμογών ΚΟΙΝΣΕΠ» υπό την Αιγίδα της Περιφέρειας Κεντρικής Μακεδονίας σε τέσσερις (4) ελληνικές πόλεις.

Στην έκθεση μπορούν να λάβουν μέρος Έλληνες και ξένοι  δημιουργοί, Μονογονείς, Άνεργοι και ΑμεΑ  ηλικίας 18 ετών και άνω στις εξής μορφές Τέχνης: 

1. Ποίηση
2. Φωτογραφία
3. Σκίτσο

Ο κάθε δημιουργός μπορεί να λάβει μέρος με δύο έργα, σε μια ή περισσότερες μορφές τέχνης. Τα έργα θα πρέπει να προάγουν μηνύματα σχετικά με την Κοινωνικότητα, την Ανάπτυξη, την Πρόοδο και τη Φιλία.

ΕΙΔΙΚΟΙ ΟΡΟΙ ΣΥΜΜΕΤΟΧΗΣ:

1. ΠΟΙΗΣΗ

1. Κάθε δημιουργός μπορεί να λάβει μέρος με δύο ανέκδοτα ποιήματα (ανεξαρτήτως σειρών) σε γραμματοσειρά τύπου  Monotype ή Palatino Linotype Corsiva ή Bookman Oldstyle, χωρίς Bold ή Italics.  μεγέθους 14 στιγμών, διάστιχο 1,5 στιγμές και έκταση κειμένου μέχρι μία (1) σελίδα Α4.

2. Σε κάθε ποίημα θα πρέπει να αναγράφονται ο τίτλος του έργου και το όνομα του δημιουργού.

3. Τα έργα θα πρέπει να σταλούν  και ηλεκτρονικά μέσω e-mail στο info@ekief.gr

2. ΦΩΤΟΓΡΑΦΙΑ 

1. Κάθε δημιουργός μπορεί να λάβει μέρος με δύο ανέκδοτες  φωτογραφίες  (έγχρωμες ή ασπρόμαυρες), που να χωρούν σε διάσταση χαρτιού μεγέθους Α3 (φωτογραφικού ή κανονικού). Μεγέθη Φωτογραφιών  2.500-3.000 dpi ή (3508 x 4961 pixels) ή 300 ppi  (τουλάχιστον).

2. Οι φωτογραφίες θα πρέπει να είναι αποτυπωμένες σε φωτογραφικό χαρτί ή σε ένα  κανονικό   χαρτί Α3.

3. Η  κάθε φωτογραφία  θα πρέπει να συνοδεύεται από το σήμα του copyright, τον   τίτλο και το όνομα του δημιουργού, ενώ κάθε μια θα πρέπει να αποτυπώνεται ξεχωριστά σε φύλλο χαρτιού μεγέθους Α3, σε γραμματοσειρές  τύπου  Monotype ή Palatino Linotype Corsiva ή Bookman Oldstyle, χωρίς Bold ή Italics, μεγέθους 14 στιγμών.

4. Τα έργα θα πρέπει να σταλούν  και ηλεκτρονικά μέσω e-mail στο info@ekief.gr

3. ΣΚΙΤΣΟ

1. Κάθε δημιουργός μπορεί να λάβει μέρος με δύο ανέκδοτα σκίτσα (έγχρωμα ή ασπρόμαυρα) ) σε μορφή .png και .tiff ζωγραφισμένα με οποιαδήποτε τεχνική σε φύλλο άσπρου απλού χαρτονιού ή  χαρτονιού τύπου κανσόν διαστάσεων 50εκ. x 70εκ. Θα πρέπει να αποσταλούν και με e-mail στο info@ekief.gr

2. Το κάθε σκίτσο θα πρέπει να φέρει το σήμα του copyright,  την υπογραφή του  δημιουργού κι αμφότερα να αποσταλούν σε προστατευόμενο μεγάλο φάκελο με φυσαλίδες.

3. Τα σκίτσα θα πρέπει να συνοδεύονται από τίτλο και να υπογράφονται με το copyright και  με το όνομα του δημιουργού.  Κάθε έργο θα πρέπει να αποτυπώνεται ξεχωριστά σε φύλλο χαρτιού μεγέθους Α4, σε γραμματοσειρές  τύπου Monotype ή Palatino Linotype Corsiva ή Bookman Oldstyle, χωρίς Bold ή Italics,  μεγέθους  14 στιγμών.

4. Τα έργα θα πρέπει να σταλούν  και ηλεκτρονικά μέσω e-mail στο info@ekief.gr

Τα έργα θα πρέπει να αποσταλούν:

α. Ηλεκτρονικά μέσω e-mail στο info@ekief.gr.

β. Μέσω ταχυδρομείου  σε δύο (2) αντίγραφα  εντός μεγάλου φακέλου, στον οποίο εντός μικρότερου φακέλου θα πρέπει να περιληφθούν σε  ένα έγγραφο  και τα εξής στοιχεία:

- Ονοματεπώνυμο

- Ηλικία

- Πλήρης ταχυδρομική διεύθυνση με Ταχυδρομικό Κώδικα

- Τηλέφωνο επικοινωνίας (σταθερό ή κινητό)

- Εmail

Τα έργα θα πρέπει να σταλούν με συστημένη επιστολή στη διεύθυνση:

The first international art exhibition by correspondence through a vote by the public and entitled  «The imagination and creativity build the future»  organized by the «Social Applications Enterprise – Social Enterprise» υnder the auspices of the Region of Central Macedonia in four Greek cities.

In the art exhibition may take Greeks or  foreigners creators, Single Parents, Unemployed  People and Disabled Persons   (aged 18 years and over)  in the following art forms:

1. Poetry

2. Photo

3. Sketch

Each author can participate with two projects in one or more art forms. Projects should promote sociability, development, progress and friendship.

SPECIFIC ELIGIBILITY

Εach form of art experts for participation are:

 

1. POETRY

1. Every poet can take part with two unpublished poems (regardless of series) in a press Monotype ή Palatino Linotype Corsiva ή Bookman Oldstyle  (without Bold or Italics) font size 14 and the project lines should be completed within a single sheet of A4.

2.  Every poem should be written by the project title and the author's name.

3. The works should be sent in two copies in a large envelope, within the smallest file will be included in a document, and the following information:

  2. PHOTO

   

1. Each photographer can participate with two unpublished photographs (color or black and white), which fit on an A3 paper size (photographic or regular). Image sizes 2,500-3,000 ppi or (3508 x 4961 pixels) or 300 ppi (at least).

2. The images should be captured on photographic paper or a normal A3 paper.

3. Each photo should be accompanied by signal of copyright,  the title and the photographer's name, which should be reflected in a separate sheet of A3 written in a press  Monotype or  Palatino Linotype Corsiva or  Bookman Oldstyle,  (without Bold ή Italics),  font size 14.

4. The photographs should be sent in two copies in a large envelope in which another document should be included with the following information:

A) Name

B) Age

C) Postal address with street name and postcode.

D) Telephone (fixed or mobile)

E) Email

5. The artworks should be sent by registered mail to the following address:

3. SKETCH

1. Every creator can take part with two unpublished drawings (color or black) painted or in images format .png or .tiff with any technique on plain white sheet of cardboard or paperboard type size 50-70.

2. Each sketch should be signed by the creator and sent to protective large envelope with bubbles.

3.  Sketches should have a copyright mark, as well as the title and the author's name be noted, reflected in a separate sheet of A4 written in a press Monotype or  Palatino Linotype Corsiva or  Bookman Oldstyle, (without Bold or Italic), font size 14.

4.  Ιnside the large envelope with the «bubbles» should be contained a smaller envelope, providing the following information:

A) Name

B) Age

C) Postal address with street name and postcode.

D) Telephone (fixed or mobile)

E) Email

5. The artworks should be sent by registered mail to the following address:

6 Furthermore, the artworks should be sent via e-mail to info@ekief.gr  .

GENERAL CONDITIONS

The general conditions of participation are:

1. In the first international art exhibition by correspondence through a vote by the public will compete artworks that promote Sociability, Evolution, Progress and Friendship.

2. The entry fee for the 18 year old and older creators is 15,00 euros including VAT. Creators – members of single parent families or Unemployed People symbolically pay 10,00  euros including VAT . The authors, who are Disabled participate for free.

3. The entry fee will be deposited to the bank account of “Social Applications Enterprise - Social Enterprise”, while each participant will get note of service via email.

4. The conditions for public voting process will be published on a later date, announced with the names of the participants.

5. In any art form will be declared three big winners, who will result from the sum of voting, which will take place during the exhibition.

6. In any art form will be declared a winner of each exhibition to the corresponding Greek city and three prizes (1st-3rd) for local creators. The winner of local exhibition and the first three local creators will result from the sum of voting which will take place during the exhibition.

7. The three big winners will receive sponsorship awards, published with the announcement of the sponsorship prizes.

8. The winner of the local exhibition will receive sponsorship awards, published with the announcement of the sponsorship prizes.

9. The first three local authors will receive diplomas and sponsorship prizes, published with the announcement of the sponsorship prizes.

10. All participants will be given five commemorative participation certificates (A general and one of each local exhibition).

11. The artworks submitted will not be returned, yet each artist / author retains the copyright.

12.  “Social Applications Enterprise - Social Enterprise” assumes no responsibility for any damage, which will occur in any work of art during the transfer. However, if any of the creators wish as a "safety valve" can additionally send their projects in DVD or CD-ROM.
